With email we can guarantee you the best, fastest and most detailed answer by the right person at all times. We have, however, been receiving an increasing amount of inquiries which we are very happy for, but it slows down the rate that we can answer your email at because we do want to give you the best and most detailed answer we possibly can. If it takes too long before you see an answer fro us, please don't hesitate to "ping" us. Also we have been forced to abandon the previous email addresses that you may have tried to contact us at. This is a step that we were very reluctant to do, but the rath SPAM has unfortunately made it necessary.
ASMO Marine, the manufacturer of the systems, do receive a great number of direct inquiries from the US and Canada. Since NGC Marine Products, Inc is the North American distributor, these inquiries are forwarded directly to us here at NGC so that we can reply. You are more than welcome to use the ASMO Marine Mail Form, but the inquiry is forwarded to us. It will save both us and ASMO a lot of time if our US and Canadian customers contact NGC Marine and not ASMO. Thank you in advance!

At present, we only have one line so if you do not get through, please leave a message. We typically spend about 1 hour per phone call with potential customers. So if you have a chance to send email, please do so. Unfortunately, our voicemail box is filling up quicker than we can reply to all messages, it is in part due to the same customers are leaving multiple messages.
A customer calling us up during business hours and is getting through to someone usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. We are more than happy for that time, but it means that some calls do not get through to us. We regret this and that we cannot serve you better, but we a doing what we can to rectify this.
